It is well known that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day, since it starts up our body and determines what and how to eat during the day. It is proven that the people who have breakfast regularly lose weight faster than those who skip this meal and have significantly more energy during the day.

Morning is the foundation of each day, time to honor small rituals and prepare properly for the day to come.

There is a recipe for a successful start of the day. Turn the oven on, take Frikom Chrono Muffins – frozen pastry product from the mixture of spelt, buckwheat and rye with the addition of sunflower and sesame seeds and rye and buckwheat whole grains. Put the frozen bars in previously heated oven and 220 degrees, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Start your day with great smelling and tasty Chrono muffins that you can combine for breakfast with different spreads – hummus, avocado or maybe hot pepper and sesame spread.

You can use the muffins to make a tasty ham and cheese, or salmon, dill and cucumber sandwiches. You can eat the muffins with yoghurt, or make a rich breakfast with oregano eggs, home-made “ajvar” and dill butter.
