Sprat 500g

Sprat is very popular in Mediterranean cuisine. It can be eaten in whole with bones, where additional calcium is entered into the body. Frikom sprat is available all year long and is very simple to prepare. It is made for small fish fans.


  • Deep-fryer 3 min
  • Frying 4 min

It is not necessary to thawed the product. Frozen sprat should be rolled in flour and put in previously heated oil and fried for about 4 minutes. Before serving spice the prepared sprat and add lemon juice.
