Key Accountabilities:
- Leading administrative and reporting processes within indirect procurement
- Driving SAP implementation and process standardization
- Managing and developing the team (performance, engagement, development)
- Overseeing accounting and P2P processes, including purchase orders
- Ensuring compliance with SOX controls and relevant regulations
- Driving process improvements and optimization initiatives
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders on contracts and documentation
- Supporting integration and alignment of processes with Nomad Foods
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Higher education in economics or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement analytics or finance administration
- Advanced user of MS Office and SAP
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
